For over 50 years the Petroleum Safety Conference has been a significant contributor to improving safety management. At this annual world-class event, delegates join forces with industry CEOs, government leaders, petroleum associations, regulatory bodies and internationally recognized safety professionals to shape their vision and commitment to safety.

Registration for PSC 2008 for all delegates, companions and exhibitors will be processed online at www.piass.org.

With an improved and easy step-by-step registration process, you will be able to select pre-seminar workshops and special events. While you’re at it, register your guest into the Companion Program.

Credit card payments will be accepted online to make the registration process as simple as possible.

General information

  1. Registration fee for delegates and companions includes three continental breakfasts, two luncheons, shuttle services and the Ice Breaker Reception.
  2. ID badges will be provided to registered delegates, companions and exhibitors. These badges must be worn at all times for admission to sessions and luncheons.
  3. Substitution Policy — substitutions (changes of registered delegates) may be made at no cost before April 4, 2008. Each substitution made after this date will incur a fee of $25 plus GST.
  4. Refund Policy — Cancellations of seminar registrations must be made before April 4, 2008. After April 4, 2008 no refunds will be issued.
  5. All sessions and events held at The Banff Centre are non-smoking.
  6. Audio recording, videotaping and photography are not permitted.
  7. Hospitality Suites and individual corporate functions should be scheduled outside seminar hours. The Banff Centre has a variety of function rooms available, many with spectacular views.
