Clutter-Busting Your Life What would your life look like without clutter? Find out in this one hour interactive workshop lead by professional organizer Georgina Forrest. Forrest will inspire you into action with S.M.A.R.T Strategies to help get and keep you organized.

The Road to Financial Freedom Don’t you wish that someone would give you the straight goods on how to save, invest and borrow? Learn tips and techniques from a CIBC financial expert and get your finances on the right track.
11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Location: Professional Development Centre, Banff Centre
Up the Wall! You are already in the mountains you might as well get a taste of climbing. Rockheads from the Banff Centre will have you climbing the walls in no time! This one hour basic ‘belay session’ will give you an opportunity to reach new heights.

Wine Me, Dine Me Treat yourself to an afternoon of good food and wine. Take the afternoon ‘offsite’ at the luxurious Fuze Restaurant in the town of Banff. Start with a half-hour Cause & Effect wine tasting session and then the chef will entertain and demonstrate the finer points of cooking with wine. Take home the recipes and dazzle your loved one with your new culinary skills.

Interior Design — Basics for Everyday Living and Enjoyment Learn the basic principles and elements of good interior design. Integrating the concepts of function, style and ergonomics presenter Beth Larocque will give participants insight into how you can train your eye for design.

Mind, Body, Spirit A gentle introductory yoga class geared toward basic technique and relaxation. Start your day off in tranquility with this one hour session.

Safety Starts At Home Studies indicate that most accidents happen in or near the home. St. John’s Ambulance will cover topics ranging from medical help for all age groups to emergency scene management. Each participant will receive an Emergency Reference Pocket Guide to take home.

Point and Shoot Digital photography has made capturing those special occasions much easier, or has it? Get some hands on learning from the Viztek team. They will give you some hands on basics on how to get great shots. Remember to bring your camera with you!

DIY Craft Think “GREEN” Paint up your own canvas shopping bag. Fabric painting is making a come-back and this is a great project to hone your skills. No experience needed, just a desire to have some fun, and learn a new skill.
