Accommodation and reservations are the responsibility of each delegate and are not included in the registration fees. Special rates have been arranged with a variety of hotels in Banff. To take advantage of these discounted rates, mention that you are attending the conference. Book your room early, as these rates are available for a limited time only.

Note: The conference’s free shuttle service is within walking distance of most Banff hotels. Check the route in your delegate bag.

Be sure to confirm the cancellation policy and check-in time (usually 4:00 p.m.) when you make your reservation.

Transportation and Parking

Park your vehicle and enjoy free shuttle bus service to all seminars and special events. The shuttle bus service will commence Tuesday at 7:30 am until 10 p.m., and then run continuously Wednesday, Thursday from 6:30 a.m. until 1:00 am, and Friday, from 6:30 a.m. until 1:00 pm.

With various stops at the Banff Centre, as well as downtown Banff, this service takes you away from driving and fi nding parking, and lets you relax and enjoy the scenery.
